Shopee Guarantee is a feature where payments to sellers are temporarily held by Shopee until buyers confirm that orders are fulfilled and satisfactory
Here’s an example of how this can be calculated:

1. Order Delivered Date - The date when the logistics partner delivers the parcel
2. Estimated Delivery Date - The estimated delivery date for the logistics partner to deliver the parcel
If your parcel has been shipped
If you still have not received your order before the final day of the Shopee Guarantee period, do request a Return/Refund request before it ends.
⚠️ Note:
- For orders made under integrated channels (Shopee Supported Logistics), the Shopee Guarantee countdown starts upon having a Delivered status.
- Only click on Order Received if you have confirmed the receipt of your order in good condition. Shopee Guarantee will protect you such that you can request a return or refund within your Shopee Guarantee period if you don't receive your orders.
